To run along with our Biodiversity Plan, BIG contacted Carlow Couty Develpment Partnership to see if there was any grants available. Under the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) we managed to get funding for pollinator springbulbs that will need to be planted shortly.

We will be getting ready in the next couple of weeks to plant these so that the colours will be vibrant for the insects and bees at the start of spring.
